We provide FREE standard shipping to the USA and discounted rates on all orders shipped to Canada– no minimums or exclusions! 

Handmade takes time. we ship and fulfill orders within 2-4 business days since the order date. 

After we fulfill your order, we provide you with tracking number to track your shipment. Our standard shipping takes 2-4 days to US and 7-21 days to Canada. 

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with an Exisoar purchase or gift for any reason, you can return it in its original packaging within 14 days of purchase for a refund to the original payment method. Exisoar does not accept exchanges or refunds on any product that exceeds the return period. Shipping costs will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded. 

Please note the following exceptions to our return policy: 

• Returned items must be returned in original packaging
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
